Before offering custom AI software and cybersecurity solutions to exporters thanks to a young team, Michel gained extensive expertise in food ingredients, additives, and associated technologies, including non-food applications such as bioenergy, cosmetics, paper industries, and pharmaceuticals (e.g. excipients). He's long been a full-chain dairy and meat senior consultant across Europe and the Americas, with various skill sets honed in B2B market sizing, macroeconomic analysis, due diligence projects, market strategy consulting and distribution channel analysis. He's knowledgeable in bioethanol, biodiesel, and biogas industries, raw materials and by-products, and has brokered deals in agricultural commodities, semi processed products and by-products. He also has a diverse background in bio-therapeutics production, biotech R&D, as well as sales and marketing in biotechnology and medical diagnostics industries. He holds a MSc from Lausanne University, a MBA from SDA Bocconi and is passionate about languages, foreign culture and the arts. He's an avid reader of fiction and non fiction.
